This summer, Puccini's classic opera Tosca comes to Chiswick House & Gardens as part of Summer Sessions 2016 for a second date.
This tragic masterpiece will bring the passion, drama and emotion of Rome to the stunning setting of Chiswick Garden. A firm favourite for Opera enthusiasts, and a perfect introduction for those new to the genre, Tosca is the timeless story of love, murder, war and deceit, with a heart-wrenching final scene which will stay with you long after the final curtain. Performed open-air in the beautiful grounds of Chiswick House & Gardens this years Opera will feature award-winning Tasmanian soprano Jassy Husk (ENO, Sydney Opera House) who will take on the iconic title role alongside Welsh National Opera's Simon Thorpe and Opera Scotland's Richard Morris. Cavaradossi will be performed by the critically acclaimed Tenor and winner of Britains Got Talent, Paul Potts!
