Vijay Iyer and Wadada Leo Smith

Vijay Iyer and Wadada Leo Smith played songs inspired by their recent ECM CD" A Cosmic Rhythm with Each Stroke".

The concert was a wonderful amalgam of piano and moog synthesizer by Iyer along with the long trumpet tones made famous by Smith.

Wonderful show buy two masters at their peak!

Another terrific night of jazz at the Wigmore Hall. in fact it was a duet featuring not only Wadada Leo Smith but also Vijay Iyer on keys. Mostly they played around their new release 'a cosmic rhythm...')
