Len Faki

Len Faki is a DJ as well as an artist. His work always seems to be at the avant garde of techno. His style can only be described as deep techno – it is a sound hybrid with the rhythmical intensity of techno but the depth of house – and to facilitate his experimentation within the genre he founded his own label dedicated to techno exploration.

Len Faki’s club sets are always very chilled out and relaxed affairs. Len is there for the music and he will always create something special. When he gets going on the ones and twos he is really in the zone and he will stay in that hypnotic state until the end of the night. Dedicated doesn’t even come close to describing Len’s relationship with his music.

Len’s sets are always diverse and experimental, so it’s hard to tell you what to expect. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to one of his gigs; he plays in accordance with the vibe the audience is giving out. “Mekong Delta” and “Death by House” are two of my favourites from Len Faki. They are hypnotic, radiant techno from beginning to end and they are Len Faki all over.
