Backyard Band's White Hot Summer Jam lived up to its name! White-hot ticket sales had tickets flying from every distributor. White-hot concertgoers decked out in their all white outfits filled the venue to the rafters. The fans and the artists were all white carpet ready. They got what they paid for and more. The show’s line up did not disappoint. Local artists brought the fire of GoGo, Rap and Hip Hop igniting the place and keeping the fans rocking with great music. The atmosphere looked like concert scenes were being shot for the hottest music videos, complete with vignettes and cameo appearances by the best emcees from the DMV. Once again, GoGo heads experienced the party of the year to the nth degree presented by Backyard Band. Summer could not have ended on a hotter note than the legends of the DMV GoGo scene, Backyard Band featuring Big G, taking the stage and burning the house down with their signature crank. Their repertoire of hits played like a jukebox of Top 40 hits. The white-hot electricity of the fans singing, rapping and dancing along was palpable all over the building. This end of the summer concert series is a new classic in the DMV. It was lights, cameras, music and the beat did not stop!
