Well, the evening started with a performance by the lovely lady named Ruut, her style would best be described as folk pop, an original artist in her own right, and highly recommend checking out her music, very deep heartfelt stories with great melody. She was on for about an hour, then Elliott came out,He performed some from his new album, which were very good, then some favorites that many in the crowd cheered for, It was more of a intimate setting with some talk back and forth from Elliott to the crowd,he even sang happy birthday for somebody, If your looking for a artist who captures the sounds of the old soul and RnB days of Stevie, Ray Charles, then Elliott is your guy, truly one of the great treasures of our day, don't miss it if you can, music at its purest, go see him.he will even talk to you graciously after the concert.
