But deep fans don’t underestimate the contribution of Maryland native singer and songwriter Tony Terry, who recognize him for his smooth and soulful vocal delivery. His major hits, including “She’s Fly,” “Lovey Dovey” and “With You,” helped solidify Terry’s spot in soul music history as a balladeer supreme, earning him two Soul Train Music Award nominations for Single of the Year and Artist of the Year.
