Camino Trio - Summer Return
After three summers of performing together in Montréal, Camino Trio returns for a fourth year with its distinctive blend of contemporary flamenco and jazz. Led by guitarist Ali Omar El-Farouk, alongside two of his favorite musicians and longtime collaborators Shaun Ryan on electric bass and Hanser Santos Gómez on percussion, the trio draws inspiration from the rich tradition of modern flamenco while embracing the spontaneity and freedom of jazz.
Their repertoire features music by renowned flamenco composers, alongside original compositions and fresh instrumental interpretations of jazz classics, all brought together through the trio's own distinctive musical voice.
An intimate, energetic, and deeply expressive evening of music not to be missed.
