Following the release of her glittering 2021 album Memory Girl, Natalie McCool embarked on an extensive live campaign that saw her perform an official showcase at SXSW, headline a UK tour, support The Wombats on their Fix Yourself, Not The World tour, and appear at festivals including Kendal Calling and Deer Shed Festival, where she performed on the main stage.
Now, Natalie returns with her boundary-pushing new album Good For The Soul, set for release on 9th September.
Teased by the electrifying singles I Fantasise ft Ellysse Mason, Coming of Age ft Trans Voices and So Lonely Lonely ft Renee Stormz, the album is highly ambitious and diverse.
Recorded and produced largely by Natalie herself, the forthcoming record features guest vocals from an impressive lineup of collaborators including She Drew The Gun, Dilettante and Renee Stormz.
With its genre-defying spirit, it promises to challenge expectations and captivate audiences.
‘Good For The Soul’ is available to pre-order from Bandcamp. It is available on transparent effect purple and turquoise colour-mix vinyl as well as CD, while an album bundle also features a new T-Shirt design.
All orders include a free badge and a branded guitar pick, while merch items include a tote bag and very limited edition coasters cut from the vinyl label.
After playing select summer festivals, Natalie will celebrate the release of ‘Good For The Soul’ with a record store tour consisting of intimate sets and stories about the songs, followed by two special album launch shows in October.
