Both Hands

Edinburgh synth-pop duo Both Hands celebrate the release of their debut album Be Like A Mountain In A Moonlit Way with a very special afternoon of live music, performance, and visuals at Fruitmarket Warehouse.

Released via Lost Map Records, the album brings together Hailey Beavis's distinctive vocals and confessional lyrics with Brian Pokora's dreamy, wonky electronic production, creating a strange, joyful and beautiful world somewhere between synth-pop, trip-hop and experimental electronic music.

For the launch, Both Hands will bring that world to life in a specially created live show, alongside Accident Machine, Thundermoon and Supper Club DJs.

Expect big synths, infectious electronic pop, unusual sounds, homemade visual magic, performance and plenty of dancing in the wonderful warehouse space at Fruitmarket.

And bring the kids! This is a daytime, all-ages album launch, designed to be enjoyed by grown-ups and little ones alike. Children are very welcome to come along and experience the music, dancing and visual world of Both Hands. Children aged 5 and under go free, with tickets for children over 5 available for £5.
