Heavy metal fans everywhere, unite for Avatar! Their sound is ferocious, refined, and intense – in a good way! The way metal should be! Think Marilyn Manson!
The metal band yielded the audience on a rollercoaster of frightening, nightmarish enjoyment. Avatar’s front man, Johannes Eckerstrom astonished us with thrilling vocals of extreme roars and growls.
“What I Don’t Know” and “Tsar Bomba” excite the audience with intense enthusiasm. The harsh melodies, insane guitar riffs and loud beats will want you screaming for more.
Think loud because this is what they are. The band from Sweden do not hold back, and why should they, they are amazing! They’ll leave you feeling exhilarated and full of emotion, and of course full of love for the band.
If seeing a heavy metal band is on your bucket list then let Avatar be the band to tick it off. Even if you’ve never seen a metal band or are massively into this genre of music it’s an experience like no other and I highly recommend it. Catch them next in Nottingham!
As a death metal band, Fleshgod Apocalypse have a style which is nothing short of theatrical. No, operatic. Their performances are lavish, experimental and, above all, entertaining. The group performs to arenas full of fans looking for a memorable night, and this band certainly doesn’t disappoint.
Smoke jets, masked support singers, aging pianos and antiquated costumes all add a gothic creepiness to Fleshgod Apocalypse’s intense sound, but it in no way detracts from the band’s main draw: their music. Just one listen to their songs and you can tell that this band has worked hard to perfect their specific sound and the music they make. In fact, Fleshgod Apocalypse was brave enough to leave their first record label before the release of any major work because they wanted to grow and maintain their artistic integrity as a band.
A Fleshgod Apocalypse show delivers entertainment left, right and centre. Their setups are attention grabbing and their performances show-stopping. At a recent show they opened with “The Hypocrissy” and the audience looked like they were about to self-combust; such is the effect of Fleshgod Apocalypse on their fans. If you like death metal, you’ll love Fleshgod Apocalypse – I recommend that you catch them live soon.
