Sound system was pathetic and overwhelmed the vocals. As a result, people lost interest and the loud talking detracted even further. Sad because I love love love Book of Love. I hope they have a real sound engineer in NYC. Abandoned ship after an hour.

Signed up for the VIP meet and greet but found out it was after the show which didn't start until midnight.

DJ played a great mix before the show but he cranked the music to ear drum splitting levels.

I'll NEVER go to a show at Rio again, that's assured. First and last.
