Join us for a summer concert in aid of Manna House, a charity who support people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing significant financial hardship across South Lakeland. We will have performances from acclaimed Cumbrian singer-songwriter Anne-Marie Sanderson (https://www.annemariesanderson.com/) and local gypsy jazz duo Caravanouche. Refreshments including tasty snacks will be available. We'll also be hosting a raffle, so bring some change!

More about the artists...
Anne-Marie Sanderson is a Cumbrian singer-songwriter whose music is at once earthy and airy, grounded yet ethereal. Drawing inspiration from nature, literature and her travels, Sanderson's haunting melodies and poetic lyrics mesmerise and enchant, with transportive effects on listeners. Her new album, Old Light, has been described as "uplifting and gentle" (NARC), "articulate and ethereal" (Rocking Magpie), and "melodically divine" (BBC Introducing). With influences including Nick Drake, Kate Bush and a host of under-the-radar musical peers, her intricate guitar work and captivating vocals make her a standout in the contemporary singer-songwriter scene.
